We combine a series of assisted stretching techniques along with a specialized vibration tool to manipulate, relax, and lengthen your facia which enables us to stretch the muscles you need to feel like the best version of yourself! Our focal vibration tool does not hurt or injure the facia - rather, it stimulates nerves and increases blood flow which allows us to take you to a deeper and more dynamic stretch! 

Your certified Stretchologists are trained with a specific series of stretches that will help relax and release your facia net planes. Once we are able to stimulate nerves and relax the fascia - you will feel your body relax, let go, and lengthen.
