This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website (stretchvibe.com), book services, contact us, interact with our social media, or visit our studios in Pleasanton and Danville (together, the “Services”).

Who  we are & scope
StretchVibe (Pleasanton & Danville) collects and handles info via stretchvibe.com, WellnessLiving booking, forms, email/SMS/phone, social pages we control, and in-studio interactions. Third-party sites have their own policies.
 

What we collect
Contact details, booking preferences/history, messages, optional non-medical wellness notes, and (for applicants) resume info. Payments are processed by third parties—we don’t store full card numbers. We also collect device/usage data (IP, pages viewed, cookies). We don’t target kids under 13.
 

How we use & share it
We use data to schedule sessions, send confirmations/reminders, support you, improve services, and (with opt-in) send marketing. We don’t sell data. We share only with service providers (booking, payments, email/SMS, hosting, analytics), for legal/safety reasons, during business transfers, or at your request. Some analytics/ads cookies may count as “sharing” under California law.
 

Your choices & rights
You can access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data. Opt out of marketing anytime (unsubscribe or reply STOP). Manage cookies via your browser or our banner (if shown). Californians can also opt out of “sharing” for cross-context ads and have additional CPRA rights. We keep data only as long as needed and safeguard it with reasonable security measures.
