By using StretchVibe’s website (stretchvibe.com), booking platform(s) (e.g., WellnessLiving), or visiting our studios in Pleasanton or Danville (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian’s consent for minors). 

Agreement & Eligibility
Using stretchvibe.com, our booking platform(s) (e.g., WellnessLiving), or visiting our studios means you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ (or have parent/guardian consent). We may update the Terms; continuing to use our services accepts the changes.
 

Bookings, Payments, Memberships & Cancellations
Appointments are booked through our site/approved platforms; prices/taxes can change. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid charges/forfeiting a session; late arrivals may receive only the remaining time. All sales are final unless required by law. Packs expire as listed. Memberships auto-renew monthly until you cancel before the next bill; rollover/freeze/guest-pass rules follow what’s shown at checkout in WellnessLiving. Promotions are time-limited; gift cards aren’t redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
 

Studio Use, Health & Conduct
StretchVibe provides assisted stretching and related wellness services—not medical care. Consult your physician as needed and tell us about conditions or injuries; participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to a basic assumption-of-risk/release (to the extent allowed by law). We may refuse service for safety/health reasons. Wear appropriate attire, follow staff directions, and note that minors need consent. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 

Website, IP, Privacy & Communications
Site content is owned by StretchVibe or our licensors; don’t copy or reuse without permission. We link to/use third-party services (e.g., WellnessLiving, Google, Instagram, Yelp); their terms/policies apply. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing contact info, you agree to receive service messages (confirmations, reminders). Marketing email/SMS is opt-in; you can unsubscribe/reply STOP anytime.
 

Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law & Contact
Services are provided “as is”; we disclaim certain warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session(s) at issue; we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. California law governs; venue is in Alameda or Contra Costa County, CA (as applicable). If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
