Biography

I grew up in Pleasanton and now live in San Ramon with my sister. Health and fitness have always been my biggest passion, and I love helping others feel their best. When I am not stretching clients, you can find me in the gym training clients.  I enjoy watching movies, cooking, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
