What to expect from my stretch: You can expect a nice relaxing yet deep stretch from me. I try my best to use smooth and soft motions to relax you and a strong push and pull to stretch your body. 

Short Biography:  Other than working out at the gym, I love to be outside as much as I can. My dog and I love to go on walks, hikes and take trips to the beach. I also love traveling! I hope to one day travel to all 50 states. 

Education / Certifications / Degrees: 

   *Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science 

   *Masters in Kinesiology (in process)

   *ACE Certified Personal Training.

Monday: 2pm – 7pm 

Tuesday: 10pm – 3pm  

Thursday: 2pm – 7pm 

Friday: 10am – 2pm
