You can expect for me to pay attention to your needs and help you connect with your body. Together we will work to find and release all the tension in your body to give you the relief you need from your daily stressors.

Biography:

I was born and raised in Martinez, CA. I started into gymnastics at the early age of 3 and went all the way through to competing as a college gymnast at Sacramento State University. After I retired, I coached gymnastics for 10 years. Fitness and flexibility has filled my whole life and I am passionate about helping people. I have 3 dogs and enjoy spending my free time outside  the beach or on hikes.

One Bucket List item:

Take 1 year to travel in a sleeper van around the United States and travel to every continent.
