What to expect from my stretch:

With me, you can expect both a deep, yet relaxing stretch. My goal is to let you just decompress and lose track of time during your stretch, especially after a long day or long week. I like to give extra TLC to those overly-stiff areas, just let me know your limits and preferences!

Biography:

I was born in the Philippines, but grew up here in the Bay Area since adolescence. Growing up, I participated in a variety of sports including martial arts, volleyball, etc. Outside of sports medicine, I enjoy learning about a variety of topics including the culinary arts and music. Lifelong-learning is a value I practice for myself and plan on doing so throughout my life.
