Meet Madhur!

What to expect from my stretch:

You can expect a relaxing yet deep stretch leaving you feeling loose and mobile after a session. I will always stay in communication and adapt to your body’s needs as they come up. Just let me know your limits and preferences, and I will be sure to make the experience a great one.

Background/Education:

RYT200 (YogaAlliance certified)

Biography:

I was born in India, and grew up in the Bay Area since infancy. Growing up, I was involved in lots of extracurricular activities including Tae Kwon Do, yoga, and dance. I found a passion for movement at a young age, and hope to carry it forward in my work in the future. Other than movement, I am currently in graduate school getting my Masters in Counseling, and hope to combine talk therapy with movement in my professional practice.

One Bucket List item:

Go to an Ashram and study there
